Nothing New

Nothing new to report at the Neala and Dave residence. It's actually been kinda quiet here. We are all getting over colds....so no new pictures to post. We really loved watching the snow fall a couple weeks ago, but now we are patiently waiting for it to go away and the ground to dry up so that we can go out and play. Dave and I can't wait to get back on our bikes; Aubrey can't wait to get back in the swing behind our house; and Alex can't wait to play with sticks and trucks in the backyard.

Alex and Thomas

Alex love his Thomas train and carries it with him everywhere. He also likes building the train track. (Thank you Courtney and Calder for the train track!!!)

Dave Grilling in February

Dave was hungry for a hamburger so on Thursday, we decided to grill. You can see all the snow behind him. This is after our 2 huge snow storms. We are ready for summer.

Snow Storm (Round 2) - Feb 10th

On Feb 10th, we received more snow....another 10 inches or so. We even had some white out conditions for a while. In the first picture is a tree in our front yard that goes across our walkway. It is surprisingly still standing.

Here is the table in our back yard with more snow.

Snowmagadeon

February 6, 2010 will be known in history as the blizzard of DC area. We have had 26 or so inches of snow. Wow. Dave and I have taken turns shoveling our cars out. Alex and Aubrey had a chance to get outside and we actually had to play in the street as that was the place with the least snow. But luckily, there were no cars going anywhere.
